Mustard powder 400g
Ingredients:
Mustard.
Store in a dry place.
Preparation recommendations:
Approx. Dissolve 20g sugar and 9g salt hot water (200ml) and bring to a boil. Then let the infusion cool down to approx. 60 ºC (then measure 100g mustard powder in a bowl and mix thoroughly with the infusion. Add about 15ml vegetable oil, 7ml vinegar and spices according to taste (bay leaf, black pepper). Mix carefully Mix and leave to stand in a warm place for 24 hours. Keep the finished mustard chilled and use it up within a few days. Enjoy your meal.
