Preparation for coleslaw "Chim Chim" the Korean way (with sugar and sweetener)
Ingredients:
Sunflower oil,
Salt,
Sugar,
Garlic,
Acidifier: acetic acid,
Citric acid,
Dextrose,
Coriander,
red papria,
black pepper,
Sweetener: saccharin,
Aroma,
Coloring agent: curcumin,
Flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate,
Antioxidant: extracts with a high tocopherol content.
Preparation:
400 g of white cabbage
200 g of fresh vegetables
(Bell pepper, cucumber, carrot)
Dill (to taste)
1. Cut the cabbage into strips. Chop the carrots, peppers and cucumber.
2. Put all the vegetables in a deep bowl, add the contents of the dressing bag (mash the bag before opening) and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the dill and let the salad sit for 1 hour.
Store in a cool and dry place.
