Cake base for "honey cake"
Ingredients:
Wheat flour,
Sugar,
Chicken eggs,
Vegetable oils: palm oil,
Honey 0.8%,
Raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate,
Ammonium hydrogen carbonate.
Preparation suggestion:
Prepare the cream.
Remove foil.
Crumble a cake base. Brush the first cake base with the cream.
Spread the cream on each of the other cake bases and stack them together.
Also apply the cream evenly on the top floor and the edges and sprinkle with the crumbs. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate shavings as desired. And put the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Suggestion for the buttercream with sugar-coated condensed milk:
Ingredients for the cream:
300g butter,
a can (500g) of boiled condensed milk, sweetened.
Preparation:
Beat room-warm butter for approx. 3-5 minutes until frothy. Mix the condensed milk with the butter until it is a homogeneous, airy cream. Add toasted chopped nuts, vanillin if desired.
Suggestion for the sour cream:
Ingredients for the cream:
Sour cream - 500g (with at least 20% fat),
1 glass of powdered sugar.
Preparation:
Mix the well-cooled sour cream with icing sugar until frothy. If desired, add coconut flakes, cocoa powder or chocolate flakes, chopped nuts, vanillin, freshly cut fruit, orange or lemon peel
Store in a cool and dry place.
Protect against heat.
