Bay leaves,

Acid regulator: citric acid.
Makes 1 liter (4 servings each 250ml).
Preparation:
Add 500ml of water to 500g stew (1 glass) and then boil briefly for 3-4 minutes.
If necessary, refine with a dash of cream.
